COVID-19 DRIVE-THROUGH TESTING SITE:

• Indiana residents of any age may be tested at this site  
• Insurance information will be collected, if available. Testing is free of charge.
• Testing Site is open in partnership with Harrison County Hospital   
• Testing Site operating on the following schedule:     

1. Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-1pm and 3pm-6pm

2. Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 9am-1pm (first 3 Saturdays of the month)

3. Closed all Government Holidays

The Harrison County Testing site is asking that everyone please go online and pre-register prior to coming to the testing location. If you are unable to pre-register, you may experience longer than usual wait times.

 

OPTUM SERVE COVID-19 INDOOR TESTING SITE:

 

Crandall Community Center

6120 Main Street NE, Crandall, IN 47114

• Indiana residents who are 1 year of age and older may be tested at this site  
• Insurance information will be collected, if available.  Testing is free of charge.
• COVID-19 testing appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins will be accepted, however you still need to register online.
• Online registration for patients is the preferred method for making an appointment: https://lhi.care/covidtesting
• Phone-based registration for persons without internet access, or to register minors for testing, dial (888) 634-1116.
• The site will continue through March 31, 2021 at least. 
• Days and hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, 8:00am to 8:00pm
• This location is being graciously donated by the Crandall Community Center in partnership with the Harrison County Health Department for the health and safety of all Hoosiers.

 

COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC:

 

First Capital Christian Church

305 Oliver Street, Corydon, IN 47112

• Healthcare workers, first responders, teachers and staff in pre-k through high school, childcare centers, Head Start and Early Start programs, Indiana residents 45 and older, and Hoosiers with certain high-risk conditions may be vaccinated now
• Insurance information will be collected, if available.  Vaccine is free of charge.
• Site is a partnership between Harrison County Health Department and Harrison County Hospital 
• Hours of operation by appointment only include: 

1. Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-5p

2. Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-8pm

3. Closed all Government Holidays
